Immigration
Services
At IMMagine we prepare and process a full range of visa applications, both temporary and permanent visas along with third party applications such as international qualifications assessments and industry registration.
We apply a rigorous assessment process of ensuring that our clients are eligible for the visas that we apply for by inviting people to attend online seminars, completing free preliminary evaluations and then conducting detailed private consultations where we explain the most appropriate visa options, provide a strategy to achieve the client’s goal, timelines and costs.
Once you become a client of ours, we apply stringent quality control measures to ensure the highest standards before submitting any visa or third party application. Each application is checked twice by two experienced licensed Advisers before submitting thereby ensuring our success rate of 99.9% over the past three decades.
These are some of the main visa types we obtain for our clients:
Accredited Employer Work Visas
These visas allow a migrant to take up a specific role within a specific organization. They’re usually valid for three years.
Working holiday or work and holiday visas for those citizens of certain countries intending to holiday and work in New Zealand for between 12 and 24 months.
Post Study Graduate Work Visa

Parent Visas
There are two sub categories for parents:
Parent - Those with at least one adult child ordinarily and permanently living in New Zealand (with a resident visa) earning a certain minimum annual salary might qualify for this type of parent visa. The government has an annual quota of 2500 people to allow parents to join family in New Zealand; or

There is a minimum of $100,000 investment but with a 90% decline rate once these visas are filed it is to be avoided at all costs.
Skilled Migrant Resident Visas
There are four pathways within this group:
‘Points’ tested visas
that require offers of employment. All require an offer of skilled employment in New Zealand paying at least the medium annual salary.
This pathway is under review and Government is not at this time inviting ‘points’ based applicants to apply for residence.
Green List Resident Visas
is a non-points tested pathway to residence for those in a relatively small number of occupations that NZ has a historical difficulty in filling.
Work To Residence – ‘occupation list’
this pathway exists for around 28 occupations deemed to be in real demanded New Zealand. Migrants are expected to work for two years in the occupation before thing able to apply for a non points tested residence visa.
Work to Residence
Earning twice the annual median salary
Following two years of work at this minimum salary level or higher it is possible to follow resident Visa application.
