Entrepreneur Resident Visa
With over a 90% decline rate, we always recommend that clients try and get work visas through other pathways.
For this visa, you will be required to invest at least NZD$100,000 capital into an existing business in New Zealand and meet all KPIs in your proposed business plan over a three year period. If any of these milestones are not met, INZ will decline your application.
You get points for self-employed experience, how many full-time positions you create in New Zealand, amount of capital you put into a business, your age, and the export value of your proposed business in New Zealand.
Partners and children will get family visas for the duration as well.
